Save Water While Brushing
Water is our most valuable resource and we should do all we can to conserve it. One simple way that we can save water is to turn the water off while we are brushing our teeth. Even though the water is on for only a couple of minutes, the amount of wasted water quickly adds up. So next time you are staring into the mirror with vacant eyes, thinking about the day as you brush your teeth.. remember to turn off the water. Your world will thank you for it. On a related note, always check to be sure that all sinks and showers are turned off completely before you walk away. Also, be sure to fix any leaky faucets as soon as possible. One steady drip can amount to a lot of wasted water. Just one leaky faucet can lead to over 1,000 gallons of water being wasted down your drain! |
